Club Meeting
Wednesday August 12th, 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Meeting
NO MEETING at the Moose Lodge. We will have an online Zoom meeting to discuss club business and club trips.

- Treasurer report.
- The 35th Anniversary event has been postponed until 2021 due to the concerns of Covid-19.
- Need more club business cards.
- New/Other business.
- Planning for the SOB Hill trip.
- Planning for the Rifle area trip.
- Planning for Rollins Pass, west.
- Planning for Pass Hoppers.
- Planning for the Moab 2020 event.
- Review of the Broken Compass trip.
- Close meeting.

- Guest was Mike Disney.
- Welcome to our new Associate member James Jorquez.
- Treasurers report was posted in our website documents section.
- Motion to donate $100 to the Moose Lodge by Roger B, second by Paula K. Motion passed.
- Discussed needing to order more club business cards. Need to come up with a new design, or use the old one. Consider updating the information on the card.
- Roger updated us on club express wait list options. You can set the number allowed on a wait list for a trip that fills up.
- To send emails to all TRR members who have signed up for forums email send to forum@trr4wd.com
- No CO4WDA meetings are planned at this time. Brian O’Conners is working on having a CO4WDA board meeting in the future.
- Trip planning is continuing. Trips are being added to the club online calendar.
- Planning for the TRR 35th anniversary event. Committee updates ----
Hotel - Gary B – No discounts. Gary sent email with list of reasonable hotels.
Restaurant – Christy H – Working on restaurant for one club group meal. May coordinate catered dinner at Dixie 4X4.
Trips – Gordon H – Trails survey results are being analyzed to determine the 18 trails we will offer for the 35th event.
Registration – Kevin B – Working on registration function.
Pennant – Wanda C – Pennant design is complete.
Tee Shirt – Adam M – T-Shirt design is completed. Artwork is at the Colorado Cotton Mine in Loveland. Printing of our order will happen the second half of August.

The TRR Forum is on our Club Express page. Go to TRR Main page and login. Click your member section in the upper right and then click on your profile. Select the Froum link at the bottom to set your preferences and forums you want to join.
You can also send an email to forum@trr4wd.com, which will go to all TRR members.

35th Anniversary Update
The 35th anniversary event will be postponed until 2021 due to concerns over the increase in Covid-19 cases. All of the work so far will be held for next year, for example T-shirt design, Pennant design, trails list (assuming we keep the same destination).
