Club Meeting
Wednesday May 8th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the north hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance. In the lobby the rear left double door is the middle hall and continuing through the middle hall is the north hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the north hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

Past Board Meeting Minutes
- Bureau of Land Management plan to close 317 miles of trails west of Moab, Utah. Blue Ribbon Coalition injunction was denied. Trails will be closed through legal battle.
- Other issues are Bears Ears plan, San Rafael Swell plan, Dolores River in Colorado plan, and solar panel farms on public lands. See Blue Ribbon Coalition website, or club forums.
- The 40th Anniversary will be in 2025. The club needs volunteer to head the committees that will be needed to plan and implement this event. Presently Ray C will be overall lead, Deb T and Vic W will lead committee on lodging, Greg B will lead committee on trails, Wanda C will handle flags, Adam M will handle T-Shirts.
- The Boulder Ranger District OHV was attended by Adam M and Mike M. Signed our Adopt-A-Road agreements for Middle St. Vrain, Coney Flats, and Miller Rock.

Past Meeting Minutes
- Thanks to Adam M and Paula K for bringing refreshments.
- Guest was Steve.
- No new members.
- Treasurers report was read by Rich H. Dues have been collected and supporting memberships paid.
- No Club Express update.
- Ray’s Extravaganza. Cheri R won a GRMS handheld radio.
- Planning for the North Lake Powell trip. Three trips will be guided, three trips will be led by club members.
- First time leader incentives have been reinstated. Club will grant two $75 rewards to any first time leaders this year.
- Motion to close meeting, Wanda C, second by Gordon H.
- Open discussion.
