Club Meeting
Wednesday January 8th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the middle hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance. In the lobby the rear left double door is the middle hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the middle hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

Past Board Meeting Minutes
- Discussed 4 Wheeler of the Year trophy and name plates that need to be created. New policy going forward will be for the club to make the name plate for the winner each year.
- Work on planning more one day trips in 2025.
- Signup sheet for 2025 meeting snacks passed around.

- Welcomed to our guests Sandy and Dean Mickelson and Marshall Massaro.
- There were no new members at the meeting.

- No Club Express update.

- Congratulations to Dan T as our 2024 Four Wheeler of the Year.
- The 40th Anniversary event will be September 21 to September 27, 2025 in Salida Colorado. The Four Seasons RV Park in Salida is one location where attendees will be staying. Working on getting a discount rate at the Baymont Hotel as well. The group dinner will be at Robin’s Restaurant in Salida on Wednesday September 24 at 6:00pm with cost of $20 to $25. Meet up each morning will be at the Wal-Mart parking lot. Registration on the club website calendar is due March 15.
- Adam M attended the third Lefhand Canyon OHV working group meeting. This was the third of four meetings being administered by National OHV Conservation Council through a Colorado Park and Wildlife OHV Registration grant received by the Boulder Ranger District.
- Review of the club Christmas Party by Kathy H. Everyone had a great time. John H enjoyed the social time with all the members in attendance.
- John G Has added a Blanding Utah trip to the calendar in March. More details to follow.

Your 2025 club dues are due by the February club meeting. Dues can be paid online on our club web site, or in person at a club meeting.
