Trailered unlicensed off road vehicles could therefore violate motor vehicle laws when returning to the start. Be sure to consider this if you intend to drive an unlicensed off road vehicle. Official Club Radios are GRMS channel 19 for travel to-from an event and 5 for during an event. NOTE, subject to change by event leader.

Club Business

Club Meeting

Wednesday February 12th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Open to all members and guests.

The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street. We'll be in the middle hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance. In the lobby the rear left double door is the middle hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the middle hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

  • Discussed 4 Wheeler of the Year trophy and name plates that need to be created. New policy going forward will be for the club to make the name plate for the winner each year.
  • Work on planning more one day trips in 2025.

  • Rich H presented the proposed 2025 club budget.
  • Motion by Matt S, second by Mike C to approve the 2025 club budget. Motion passed.
  • Motion by Greg B, second by Gary B, to pay for the November Planning Meeting with money from the Kilgour Fund. Motion passed. Amount is $538.14.
  • Motion by Greg B, second by Vic W, to donate $150 to the Moose Lodge for use of their meeting room and pavilion.
  • Vic W gave Club Express update. We are waiting on a refund from Club Express of an over charge for our credit card processing. New mobile app for club express (we do not currently have this module enabled for our club). Discussed added ACH payment option through Club Express. Vic will research this.
  • Ray C gave and update on the 40th Anniversary event, which will be September 21 to September 27, 2025 in Salida Colorado. Working on the T-Shirt design, draft artwork passed around. Working on the antenna flag. Ray discussed amount of work to produce the flags. Possible price of $30 to $35 each. May want to make one sided flags for display. The Four Seasons RV Park in Salida is one location where attendees will be staying. Gary B gave an update on discount rate at the Baymont Hotel. $138.43 + tax per night. Need to book through the hotel, not online. Register as soon as possible. See general forum post for details. The group dinner will be at Robin’s Restaurant in Salida on Wednesday September 24 at 6:00pm with cost of $20 to $25. Meet up each morning will be at the Wal-Mart parking lot. Registration on the club website calendar is due March 15.
  • John G Has added a Blanding Utah trip to the calendar in March. More details to follow.

Dues are Due

Your 2025 club dues are due by the February club meeting. Dues can be paid online on our club web site, or in person at a club meeting.
