Club Meeting
Wednesday March 12th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the middle hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance. In the lobby the rear left double door is the middle hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the middle hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

- Thanks to Rich and Cathy Horiuchi for bringing meeting snacks.
- Welcome to guest Bill Sartin.
- No new members.
- Treasurers report was given by Rich H.
- Name plaques for 4-Wheeler of the Year trophy have been ordered.
- Ray C gave and update on the 40th Anniversary event, which will be September 21 to September 27, 2025 in Salida Colorado. Please register on our web site so we can get a count of how many will attend. T-Shirt design is moving to final version. Wanda C had first pass antenna flags to show. Sign up sheet was passed around to order a one sided or two-sided flag. See Wanda to order yours. The Four Seasons RV Park in Salida is one location where attendees will be staying. The Baymont Hotel is another option at $138.43 + tax per night. Need to book through the hotel, not online. Register as soon as possible. See general forum post for details. The group dinner will be at Robin’s Restaurant in Salida on Saturday September 20 at 6:00pm with cost of $20 to $25. Meet up each morning will be at the Wal-Mart parking lot.
