Trailered unlicensed off road vehicles could therefore violate motor vehicle laws when returning to the start. Be sure to consider this if you intend to drive an unlicensed off road vehicle. Official Club Radios are GRMS channel 19 for travel to-from an event and 5 for during an event. NOTE, subject to change by event leader.

Club Meeting
Wednesday May 13th, 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Meeting
NO MEETING at the Moose Lodge. We will have an online Zoom meeting to discuss club business.
Next Meeting:
7:00pm to 8:00pm - Meeting
  • Discussion on planning trails and meeting the State and County social distancing regulations.
  • New/Other business.
  • Begin planning for summer trips.
  • Planning for the 35th Anniversary in 2020.
Past Meeting Minutes
  • No guests.
  • Treasurers report was posted in our website documents section.
  • Dues have been paid to COHVCO, COAFWDC, United, and Blue Ribbon for our members with a Supporting Membership.

  • No info on C4WDA meetings yet.
  • Planning for the TRR 35th anniversary event. Committee updates ----
    Hotel - Gary B – No discounts. Probably due to moving our date to the prime season, instead of off season. Gary sent email with list of reasonable hotels.
    Restaurant – Christy H – Working on restaurant for one club group meal. May coordinate catered dinner at Dixie 4X4.
    Trips – Gordon H – Committee has developed a list of thirty six 4WD roads are now in a survey on our web site. This survey will narrow the list of 4WD roads to those that we will run during the 35th event. Forum thread was sent with a link to the survey and information on each 4WD road.
    Registration – Kevin B – Working on registration function.
    Pennant – Wanda C – Pennant design is designed.
    Tee Shirt – Adam M – T-Shirt pre survey completed. Based on the votes a petroglyph design was chosen. Based on comments a jeepman design was created as well. A second survey will be done to choose between these two designs.

The TRR Forum is on our Club Express page. Go to TRR Main page and login. Click your member section in the upper right and then click on your profile. Select the Froum link at the bottom to set your preferences and forums you want to join.

35th Anniversary Update

The 35th trails survey is complete. The data is being analyzed to create the final list of 18 trails to be offered.

The pre survey for the 35th Tee Shirt design is complete. The first petroglyph design was chosen and has been detailed out. Based on comments a second design was created. A final t-shirt survey will be posted to choose between these two designs.
