Please Note:  Club trips are designed for licensed vehicles and often enter and exit at different locations. Trailered unlicensed off road vehicles could therefore violate motor vehicle laws when returning to the start. Be sure to consider this if you intend to drive an unlicensed off road vehicle. Official Club Radios are GRMS channel 19 for travel to-from an event and 5 for during an event. NOTE, subject to change by event leader.

Club Meeting
Wednesday June 10th, 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Meeting
NO MEETING at the Moose Lodge. We will have an online Zoom meeting to discuss club business.

Past Meeting Minutes

  • Treasurers report was posted in our website documents section.
  • Dues have been paid to COHVCO, COAFWDC, United, and Blue Ribbon for our members with a Supporting Membership. You should get a membership card or receive and email from those organizations.

  • No info on C4WDA meetings yet.
  • Trip planning will begin May 30th. There will be a Zoom meeting posted to the clubs general forum with details.
  • The Boulder Ranger District of the USFS is still planning on us to review and open the Middle St. Vrain and Coney Flats on June 20. We will have to work out group size. This year we will not do the overnight camping. Logistically the Forest Service is not able to coordinate large projects with us due to their changes from the COVID-19 pandemic. This year we will be a reviewing/opening with minor work done.
  • Planning for the TRR 35th anniversary event. Committee updates ----
    Hotel - Gary B – No discounts. Probably due to moving our date to the prime season, instead of off season. Gary sent email with list of reasonable hotels.
    Restaurant – Christy H – Working on restaurant for one club group meal. May coordinate catered dinner at Dixie 4X4.
    Trips – Gordon H – Trails survey results are being analyzed to determine the 18 trails we will offer for the 35th event.
    Registration – Kevin B – Working on registration function.
    Pennant – Wanda C – Pennant design is designed.
    Tee Shirt – Adam M – T-Shirt final survey completed. The Jeepman design had the most votes and will be the 35th design.

The TRR Forum is on our Club Express page. Go to TRR Main page and login. Click your member section in the upper right and then click on your profile. Select the Froum link at the bottom to set your preferences and forums you want to join.
You can also send an email to forum@trr4wd.com, which will go to all TRR members.

35th Anniversary Update

The 35th trails survey is complete. The data is being analyzed to create the final list of 18 trails to be offered.

The Final T-Shirt survey was closed on June 1. The Jeepman design had the highest votes.
