Trailered unlicensed off road vehicles could therefore violate motor vehicle laws when returning to the start. Be sure to consider this if you intend to drive an unlicensed off road vehicle. Official Club Radios are GRMS channel 19 for travel to-from an event and 5 for during an event. NOTE, subject to change by event leader.

Past Meeting Minutes
  • No Guests.
  • Treasurers report was posted in our website documents section.
  • Discussion on creating a For Sale forum for club members to post items they would like to sell. This would be an opt-in forum. Motion by Don L, second by Mike M. Motion passed.
  • Promotional committee is reviewing the new branding document for club name and logo use.
  • Discussed needing to order more club business cards. Need to come up with a new design, or use the old one. Consider updating the information on the card.
  • The Crystal Mill between Crystal and Marble is now for sale. Price is $10 million.
  • No BRD OHV meetings, but Matt Henry of the Boulder District has asked if we know of any issues on the Boulder District.
  • Discussed Canyon Lakes Ranger District roads that are on the MVUM, but are not open.
  • Discussed the Caribou mud hole and the bypasses that have been created. Gordon has sent a report to the Boulder District with GPS data and photos.
  • To send emails to all TRR members who have signed up for forums email send to forum@trr4wd.com
  • Trip planning is continuing. Trips are being added to the club online calendar.
  • SOB trip planned. Meet at the Starbucks in Downieville/Dumont on I-70. Sts John to SOB to Georgia pass is proposed route.
  • Rifle area trip was planned, later canceled on the calendar.
  • Rollins Pass west planning. Leave at 10am from the Winter Park ski area parking lot.
  • Pass Hoppers forum created. Planned Crooked Creek pass, Hagerman pass then south to McAlister Gulch. Forest Service closures have blocked Crooked Creek pass and McAlister Gulch. Working on alternative route.
  • Moab 2020 forum created. Planning of trips for those going to Moab in September.
  • Picket Wire Canyon planning. Trip will be October 17th. Only one Forest Service ticket for the trip left.
  • Motion to close meeting by Mike M, second by Mark G.
