- Vote for club officers for 2021. Vote for Four Wheeler of the Year for 2020.

- Review seasonal closure of Middle St. Vrain and Coney Flats, and closure of Middle St. Vrain host site for the year.

- No Guests.
- Treasurers report was read by Matt M.
- Reviewed present draft design of the club business card. Motion by Greg B to purchase 1,000 business cards at a cost of no more than $50. Second by Vic W. Motion passed.
- There will not be a club Christmas party at the Moose Lodge this year. We are getting our Christmas party on the Moose Lodge calendar for 2021.
- Nomination of club officers for 2021 so far.

Secretary – Adam Mehlberg
Nominations will be taken at the December meeting before the vote. Also think of who you believe deserves to be Four Wheeler of the Year for 2020. This is a write in nomination. Please email your nominations to Don L to get them on the Zoom meeting election.

- Discussion on Toys for Tots Christmas Caravan. Information on multiple locations and events was sent out on our club forum.
- Planning for the seasonal closure of the Middle St. Vrain and Coney Flats roads. (On Nov 30 Gordon met with Andre, USFS, and closed up the host site and locked the Middle St. Vrain gate. The kiosk signs have been updated. Our old signs will be put on the host site if possible. Bunce School Road, south gate was closed on Dec 1.)
- Planning for 2021 club trips and events. Gary B has volunteered his place for the Memorial Day picnic and the belated 35th Anniversary event. Greg B has proposed Buena Vista trip for the third week in September.

The TRR Forum is on our Club Express page. Go to TRR Main page and login. Click your member section in the upper right and then click on your profile. Select the Froum link at the bottom to set your preferences and forums you want to join.

Club refreshments will be postponed until we can meet at the Moose Lodge again. Thank you to all who have volunteered in the past.

TRR 2020 Four Wheeler of the Year
To do the Four Wheeler of the Year election, please send your nominations to Don Lamprecht so that he can get them into the Zoom election tool.
This year’s club officer election will take place over our Zoom meeting. We will use the election tools in Zoom to facilitate this. For club officers, at present, there are no challengers to the incumbents.
