  • Bylaws update approved. Out for signatures.
  • Gordon H completed artwork for replacement plaques. Don L made motion to spend up to $75 on the new plaque, second by Jim C. Approved by club. Gordon will follow up with printing company to produce plaque. Discussed placing the new plaque at the host site inside the main window to protect them from future loss.
  • Vic W proposed making a geo-cache in memory of TRR members that have passed away. Could be placed on the Middle St. Vrain. Need to work with someone in the club that is familiar with creating geo-cashes.
  • Vic W brought up the idea of a Cars and Coffee event at the Moose Lodge. Will talk with Moose board. Would be a Moose Lodge event that we would participate in.
  • Ray C discussed LFEAT activation for the weekend storm. Ray needed volunteers, had two. We (LFEAT) work with Centura Hospital (was Longmont Hospital). The Colorado 4X4 Rescue and Recovery group works with UC Health on the east side of Longmont. Due to lack of volunteers Ray will communicate with Co4X4RaR to do Centura as well during the storm.
Motion by Don L, second by Matt S to abstain and allow C4X4R to handle Centura. Motion passed. We want to keep doing LFEAT with Centura in the future. Issue this year is Covid risk.
  • New trips added to the calendar. Buena Vista in July and Moab in October.
  • Motion to close meeting by Vic W, second by Greg B.
