Club Meeting
Wednesday January 12th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm - Meeting,
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501. Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the north hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance, take the 2nd left, off the lobby, enter the middle hall and continue north to the north hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the north hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

Past Meeting Minutes |
- Welcomed our guests Anne Moore.
- Treasurers report was read by Matt S. We are running within our budget.
- Club Express update on our club web site. Renewals are in process for 2022. As of 12/8/21 we have 25 open renewals.
- Congratulations to the 2022 club officers
President – Gordon Howe
Vice President – John Gray
Treasurer – Matt Schwall
Secretary – Adam Mehlberg
- Congratulations to the 2021 Four Wheeler of the Year James Henneke.
<> Greg B reported that we were not doing the Longmont Parade of Lights due to the short notice on having proof of insurance on parade vehicles to the city.
- Motion to donate $250 to the Moose Lodge by Greg B, second by Mike C. Motion passed. Matt S will handle getting the donation to the Moose Lodge.
- Future winter meetings will be at the Moose Lodge.
- Ray C discussed his tests on garnering more interest in younger members joining the club. There are a lot of social media meet-up groups that just post trips and where to meet. Those attending these meet-up trips seem to desire not rules or organization.
- Gordon H has sent his reported on FR372.1E end of road sign change to the Boulder Ranger District.
- Gordon H is working on the Middle St. Vrain bog proposal. Next year before the seasonal opening of the Middle St. Vrain we will need to do the bog repair.
- Mike M has posted a spring Utah trip to the San Rafael Swell area west of Green River, Utah in May of 2022. This will be a moderate trip exploring the area of the swell south of I-70. Go to the club calendar to find out more and register for the trip.
- Review of the Middle St. Vrain seasonal road closure on November 27th. Lots of ice. The group only made it two miles in on the Middle St. Vrain before turning back. The road is now closed for the winter.
- Motion to close meeting by Greg B, second by Ray C.

GMRS Radio Raffle II
Looks like Gordon got a GMRS radio from Santa, so he will be putting the radio donated by Don L back up for another raffle.
Contact Gordon H to get your name added to the list if you want to be in on the raffle. The drawing will be held January 12, 2021 at the club meeting.
Gordon is going to start with the previous list, so if you were in the last raffle you will be in this one too.
