Club Meeting
Wednesday January 11th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the north hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance, take the 2nd left, off the lobby, enter the middle hall and continue north to the north hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the north hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

- Treasurers report was read by Matt S. COHVO dues have increased by $5. This will impact Supporting Memberships only.
- Nominations for 2023 club officers:
- President – Mike Moore
- Vice Pres – Kathy Howell
- Treasurer – Rich Horiuchi
- Secretary – Adam Mehlberg
- There were no additional nominations.
- Roger B gave an update on Club Express. We have 101 active members. Renewals have been sent out.
- Voted in officers for 2023. Those listed above won each seat.
- The 2022 Four Wheeler of the Year is Roger B.
- Ray C gave a description of his short trip doing the seasonal closure of the Middle St. Vrain and Coney Flats. (Breakage was involved)
- Silverton CO trip being planned for July 22 to July 29. This includes the travel days. Watch the calendar for details.
- Memorial Day picnic will be at Gary B on May 29th. Meat will be provided. Pot luck for other items. Need tables and chairs. Watch the calendar for more details.
- Ray C is working on a trip to Cody WY. Watch the calendar for more details.
- Kathy H would like to start the pre-meeting get together at the Pumphouse in Longmont. She is looking for a volunteer to coordinate this.
- We will be starting the meeting snacks again. For January Greg and Gary will be bringing snacks. The signup sheet will be passed around at the January meeting.

2022 Four Wheeler of the Year
Congratulations to Roger B for being voted in as Four Wheeler of the Year for 2022.

Dues are Due
Dues are due for 2023. You should be getting an email from the TRR website. You can log in to the website to pay your dues online later this month. You can also pay at the January meeting.

Supporting Member Dues are increasing
Dues for Supporting Members will increase from $70 to $75 due to a $5 increase in dues for COHVCO.
|
What do we want to accomplish in 2023
Work on planning one day trips and longer trips, mentoring new trip leaders, reestablishing special events and a clear method of incorporating new members.
