Club Meeting
Wednesday February 14th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Moose Lodge #1548, 2200 Pratt Street, Longmont, CO 80501
Open to all members and guests.
The lodge is one street west of main, between 21st and 23rd on Pratt Street.
We'll be in the north hall. Folks who arrive early will need to enter at the main entrance. In the lobby the rear left double door is the middle hall and continuing through the middle hall is the north hall. The front door is a key card door but there is a button for the bar tenders to open the door. Those that arrive early can prop the door open on east side of the north hall so folks can park on the east side of the building and enter through that door.

Past Board Meeting Minutes
- Discussed Bureau of Land Management plan to close 317 miles of trails west of Moab, Utah. Watching to see the outcome of the legal actions being taken.
- Board discussed and approved budget for 2024.
- Club Express liaison will be Vic W with Roger B moving into backup for Vic.
- Board will meet off site on January 13 at Oscar Blues in Longmont.
- Ray C donated two large club jacket patches. One will be framed for Greg B to display in his shop. One will be put into Ray’s Extravaganza.

Past Meeting Minutes
- Thanks to Bryan Swallow for refreshments.
- No guests.
- Welcomed new members Kyle Houghton and Jana Clayton.
- We had thirty members attend the January 2024 meeting.
- Treasurers report was read by Rich H.
- The 2024 budget was presented by Rich H. Discussed items. Motion by Greg B to accept the 2024 budget. Second by Mark G. Motion passed.
- Club Express update. Annual membership renewals are going well. Vic W to take over for Roger B as primary contact.
- Ray’s Extravaganza. Rich H did the coin flipping. Mike M won a handheld CB, Dan T won a tire gauge.
- Under new business, Gordon H requested that the club approach the Boulder Ranger district about progress on Lefthand Canyon. Gordon H will run a committee to look at ways to present our concerns to the Forest Service.
- Planning for club trips. Review the club calendar to find out what is being planned.
- Review of the club Christmas party by Kathy H. Twenty-five people showed up. Everyone had a good time socializing.
- Motion to close meeting, Vic W, second by Christy H.
- Open discussion.
